At nexus you work directly with the partners. Florian Farda and Timon Schollmeyer design and look after every project personally. As Head of Design, Florian focuses on design; as Head of Finance & Marketing, Timon is also responsible for quotes, contracts and marketing. Whichever of them takes on your project stays your fixed contact, someone who knows your business, from the first draft to ongoing maintenance.

Ask a questionWhat does the first draft cost me?
Nothing. We build it at our own risk, because only what you can see is convincing. If you don’t like it, that’s the end of it for you.
What is the VIP ticket?
The fast track to your draft. Normally you see it within three weeks. With the VIP ticket for €199 net we work on your project first, and the draft is ready after 7 days. The ticket is added to the package price. It is not available for Premium with additional pages, because 7 days are not enough for that scope.
How long until the finished site?
You see your free draft with logo, brand colours and placeholders within three weeks, or after 7 days with the VIP ticket. Once you place the order and pay the deposit, we build the finished site with your copy and images. How quickly it goes live depends mainly on your feedback, photos and approval of the legal texts. We agree the schedule together.
I don’t have any copy or good photos.
Most people don’t. We write the copy for you, you just proofread. Where photos are still missing, the draft shows clearly marked placeholders. On request we can put you in touch with a local photo studio.
How does the launch offer work?
We are just starting out and want to take particularly good care of the first businesses that work with us. So for a limited time, our first VIP maintenance clients get their first monthly fee for free. That saves you at least €300. The offer does not apply to Small or Large maintenance.
What is VIP maintenance?
Maintenance for businesses whose site is constantly changing. Send us as many changes and new subpages as you need each month, within the usual scope of ongoing maintenance; a complete rebuild is not included. VIP maintenance costs €300 net a month for websites with up to 8 subpages. From subpage 9 on, each additional one adds €25 a month, even if it is added during the contract. You always come first: Small changes are done by the next working day at the latest, larger ones as agreed. Hosting is included, the minimum term is 12 months.
Why doesn’t the site need a cookie banner?
Because it sends nothing to third parties when it loads. The fonts are stored on your site’s server instead of at Google, there is no embedded map and no tracking. Without data transfer no consent is needed, so there is no banner to click away.
Can I link to my Instagram or Facebook?
Yes, and without a banner. A link only transfers data once someone clicks it. We handle directions the same way: “Plan route” opens Google Maps in a new window. It is different if your posts are to appear directly on the site. An embedded feed or an embedded map requires consent. That is possible too, and we tell you beforehand exactly what it means.
Will my site be found on Google?
We build in the technical foundation: clean structure, fast loading, clear page titles and your business details for the search preview. We don’t promise the top spot. Anyone who does is promising something nobody controls.
What happens if I want to switch later?
Then you simply take your site with you. The domain is registered in your name from the start. After the minimum term you cancel the maintenance and receive all the files of your site. From then on you take care of the hosting yourself, as it is part of the maintenance.
What does a change cost without a maintenance plan?
Each change from €89.95 net. We tell you the exact price beforehand, so there are no surprises. With Large maintenance at €64 a month, up to two small changes a month, ongoing copy updates and the hosting are already included.
Why are the prices shown net?
Our offer is aimed at businesses and the self-employed. All prices are therefore subject to 19% VAT.
